Excellent quality, easy installation. Put this on in my driveway in less than an hr by myself. Except for the 45 pound weight, it's not much of a problem. You may need help depending on that. Very clean made product. Mine may or may not ever see weight it is capable of towing, but for not much more cost i think it is worth having.
Hitch arrived very quickly. I installed it soon after with a helper. Instructions were goid, but the online videoes were very helpful. I had a shop check my torque on the bolts, two were loose. All in all easy install.
We were at all times email when the item was being shipped and if we needed additional information to contact them for help. It came sooner than expected. It was absolutely perfect for our truck. It was super easy to instal. We are READY to pull our travel trailer. Will definitely recommend etrailer 110%
I installed this by myself in the rain!! It's literally that easy, and the tube steel looks amazing. The "how to" video for my exact truck was a huge plus for reference. Now my 2016 ram 1500 is actually a truck! I plan on using a trailer to keep my truck from getting scratched and dented with yard work.
Arrived quickly, easy install with all necessary parts provided, good video install directions. Could use some better packaging, shipper destroyed the box.

My review is close to others. Yes the shipping was fast, box was beat up. That didn’t bother me. It was an easy install (goes better with 2 people) of course but i made due. How ever the holes did not line up like others have stated and had some minor issues which the repair shop will have to address. Once that is done i look forward to pulling my camper this spring.
Received quickly in 2 days. Fit correctly no problems went right on. I would have given five stars but the packaging was not good one end of the bar was sticking out of the box and the powder coat was scratched. I would definitely recommend this hitch it looks clean and installs easy.
Wow. Ground shipped. Received in two days. Installed In about and hour by myself. Rigged up two floor jacks with a board between jacks and the hitch. Cranked it up into position and bolted it in.
As you can see from pic, it is pretty concealed.
Just received the curt tow hitch today and it came in pretty bad shape parts of it were sticking out from the box. A lot of scratches, shipped paint from rubbing on the floor (hopefully it doesn't rust now) some scratches/dents are very deep in others not too bad. I'm more worried about the deep ones that can cause it to rust. I'll send you some pictures.

2013 Ram 1500 4x4
The class 3 trailer hitch I ordered was just delivered to my residents by UPS on time. This is the 1st. time I ordered anything from E Trade. A short time after I placed the ordered for the hitch that I wanted I received a call from a sales rep. He informed me they did not have that item in stock and it was going to take a little longer to get it. I informed him I needed in in a shorter time frame and he was able to help me make a change in selecting a different hitch. The hitch is not on truck yet ( this weekend) but so far I'am pleased with ETrade.
I'm 67 years old with suspect shoulders but with the help of a floor jack I was able to do the installation by myself and it went very easily. One note however, the original frame bolts on the 2019 Ram 1500 Classics are metric but a 13/16 spark plug socket fits them well.
The hitch receiver is heavy duty and it lined up nicely with the existing holes. It’s heavy so I ratchet strapped one side up to hold it in place while I started the other side. Delivery was quick and would definitely recommend etrailer.
Got it within a reasonable amount of time now of course the hitch was breaking out of the box which I would’ve expect, but I got all the bolts and was able to mount it up with some help pretty quick. Now just gonna have to hook it up and test it out.
Outstanding customer service!! They were very courteous and helpful with my order over the phone. Handling/Shipping time was fast as well and order arrived within a couple of days. The Curt Class IV hitch for my son-in-law's 2014 Ram ST Crew Cab was just what it needed. It was easy to install with the supplied hardware and instructions.
Great product! Needed a hitch for my Ram 1500, gave etrailer a shot. They were the cheapest I could find. First one that was mailed was bent(first picture). Lazer was a huge help. Excellent customer service! Helped facilitate a hassle free return and sent a new one right away. Would be five stars, if I hadn't tried to fight to get the bent one on by bending it back, as I was instructed to do by another employee(not Lazer). Wasted 3 hours and a lot of patience. Only took about 30 minutes to get the replacement on. Loops great on my truck, can't wait to put it to use!! Thanks etrailer and Lazer!
Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it got bent in shipping. Not a lot but enough to not bolt up to the factory bumper bolts strait on. Once I got it lined up correctly it was no problem. Looks good and it definitely sturdy. Will have no problem pulling little pop up camper we plan on getting.
Product was as advertised and the installation was very easy. everything fit without perfect. I'm not a big guy and I installed it by myself with the car parked on a flat surface. Took me 35 minutes for install. Only concern was that the box was badly damaged during shipping, thankfully product was in good condition and all hardware was there.

Trailer hitch fit exactly as described. Quick and easy install and has worked perfectly. Customer service was outstanding, making sure I ordered the correct hitch.
Instructions were quite clear and I had the hitch installed in about an hour and a half by myself. I used a car jack to hold it up in place while I bolted it on.
Fit well after I spread the mounting a little. Would have liked to see a couple extra pull wires in the kit but, overall I am extremely happy with the fitment and build of the receiver.
